Giving this a small review after 21 Days.
I know as OP said 3-4 weeks don't have passed yet, because Keywords have to settle. But it seems my settling has "completed".

Just some comments right off the bat:
+ If you compare your huge ranking drops to the previous reviews customers have posted, you can see that noone of his previous customers had huge "ranking drops" while "settling".
+ I don't want to shitpost this thread, but I would be a bit careful if you plan to purchase this service right now. In the last week people are only posting negative experiences.
+ Remember, you paid with Paypal, so in the worst case you can take Lukas by his 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and ask for a refund, if your rankings really did go to shit after at-least 4 weeks. Before that time, just wait it out!
(Once again, not trying to shitpost, just voicing my opinion. SEO does take time, even though ranking drops are unusual, give it some time.)


Rankings:
Before I ordered Lukas's Service my Rankings (Google) were:

KW1 #18-20
KW2 #40-50
(new) KW3 -out-

Now my rankings as of today are

KW1 #58-60
KW2 -out-
(new) KW3 -out-

Seems like all Rankings dropped by 50 after 11 days of me ordering his service and have been steady on that position for the last 10 days.

Reports
Backlink reports looked quite good and you could see that Luka's Team put in a lot of work, custom keyword fitting videos, blogs targeted to your sites.
Will include more details, once I received this weeks final report. (Should be the last one.)

OnPage SEO Report was generated through Moz, not a fan of it and it was pretty average, however not that helpful to be honest.
I know my Site has some smaller issues, but Moz only picked up issues that would not affect rankings that much and are rather unfixable.
For Example: Changing the URL to include the keyword in it, while SEO work has/is being done towards the previous URL.

Maybe an additional manual report would be helpful for some, one that touches on some other areas those reports usually don't cover.

Customer Support
All started really friendly and supportive and continues like that if you have any questions.
However if you voice concerns regarding your rankings or your site that friendliness seems to drop and they become straight forward.

Conclusion&Personal Opinion
If it wasn't for the rankings, I am currently getting, I would def. recommend this service.
However maybe there have been some changes that affect this current strategy in some way, so all I am saying, be careful and put some thought into this service before buying it.
Google is ever changing, don't get caught on 1-2 year old reviews, get caught on 1-2 month old reviews!

I will personally be waiting atleast another week and give it one final review as then it has been around 4 full weeks.

----Once again, just voicing my opinion on the current state, the second anything changes, I will either update this post or post another review!----

Here's the actual story for BHW community:

Jason was constantly harrassing me via Skype every single day....makes sense that you're now posting on here. You didn't apply any of our advice, or communicate with our team via your Dashboard,
and threatened to issue a Chargeback before your project was even completed. And when you did initiate the Chargeback, why would we need to communicate with you further?

It's pretty difficult to work on a project when the client doesn't respond isn't it?
We tried finding a solution for you in terms of a refund, but you refused any reasonable efforts, and refused any of our advice.

Below is proof of your job - no communication or effort on your part. I would recommend putting more content on your site (your's is VERY, VERY thin - and that's just a starting point).

Most of the links built are not indexed in google... Few bad/broken links but to be expected.

So yeah absolutely no movement 1 month after completion, majority of back links built have not been indexed.

At this point, we're just writing this service off as a loss.

As mentioned in your Dashboard, it can take 4-6 weeks post completion to see prime results.
What is your order number? I will look it up.
I respond to all Skype messages. What Skype address were you trying to reach? We have 2 different ones.
