They ask for a website.. can it be shit? IE a completely new plain blogger with copy and pasted product reviews with Adsense?

I just read you should keep ctr at 5-10%, is this right?

I didn't have any problems with a new site, less than 30 days old with a few comments on it.

Now, EPN - that was a different story.

Amazon will auto approve you. Just get the site ready for when they check it over later... You can add/remove sites later too, I think.

why do you have to manage your CTR?

just promote a link from their site and you don't have to worry about them knowing your "impressions".
