Appeal restricted account

The most legitimate and effective way to appeal is via Account Quality or Meta Help Center, providing complete verification documents and a clear explanation, then awaiting the review team’s response.

I usually recover my account by traditional way, sometimes traditional way is not effective then I ask for support from facebook team. Besides, I have not heard of any new way that can speed up this process.

Im sorry I dont know but i think the speed of appealing will depend on the error that you violate?

It is true that Facebook has added a few faster appeal channels recently, but the effectiveness depends on the case. My experience: always prepare standard documents/files, send appeals directly in BM/Support, don't spam many times.

Yes. From what I've seen, the fastest appeals usually go through agency-level accounts. Normal in-app appeals still work, but they take longer

  • Go to Account Quality (for ads) or Help Center appeal form (for personal accounts).
  • Click Request Review.
  • Keep your message polite and clear: explain it was a mistake and ask for a review.
  • Submit documents if asked

When it comes to appealing account bans or suspensions—whether on social media platforms, gaming accounts, or other services the speed and effectiveness of the appeal can depend on the platform’s process.

Last time I complained through the app, it took 3 days to get through. I just kept checking back and finally it got approved
