I have a domain and was told getting it to the 1st page would be close to impossible (Google has filtered my domain) because I spammed it pretty much.

I'm not doubting what this person told me, or calling them a liar.

I just want a second and third opinion.

If you're willing to help, please PM me and I'll send you the URL

    Thanks BHW

once you spammed it you're pretty much screwed in terms of having a spammed site and not spammed it.

Wait a week first and see what happens.
Google may want to dance with it a bit.

So I'm thinking your site is in the sandbox. You're probably not banned. If you were banned because of unnatural link building then everyone would be doing it to their competitors.

Just don't stop link building because that does look unnatural. Maybe just do a couple a day - it should come back.

You may, however, be banned in akismet - if you didn't use proxies and rotate your comments.

Your not banned for life, don't listen to the naysayers. If what they say is correct, i could comment spam my competitors out of the SERPS for ever.

You have multiple option, wait & the penalty/link devaluation will drop, re-inclusion request stating that you employed a SEO and he's just linked spammed my domain without informing that would be using his tactic, if i had known he was just a spammer i would never paid the $10,000 ;) Don't use the exact words, be creative, but you get the idea.

What do you need to be reconsidered for? There's no point of the reconsideration form unless you're de-indexed.

There's a difference between just being in the sandbox (you'll recover if you don't give up building links) and being de-indexed (fucked). If you're de-indexed your PR will be n/a after the next update.

So if you continue your current linkbuilding method you will be okay?

Keep building links. It'll probably come back in time. Expect to wait a while though 1-6 months is normal. If it is your primary site look into advertising it in other places than the big G such as facebook, twitter, youtube, bing.

Otherwise focus your attention elsewhere keep the linkbuliding going and play the waiting game.

    STOP talking bull shits people!

I have 3 websites that have been filtered for about 2 months!

I have suffered from this! but I was sure that continuing building links + buying some links (authic sites) will help me to get back my websites!

AND HELL YEAH! the first two sites got back after 1 month and the third sites after 2 months since I did not concentrate in this much!

So, your sites been filtered from google DOES NOT! mean you are Fucked! just a matter of time and your site will get back STRONGER!

Note: I spammed my 3 sites with (xrumer+SB) to DEATH!

Getting deindexed isn't the end for your domain, I have a domain that's been de-indexed and it is still making money from adsense, the strange thing is its actually making more money now its dropped out of the Google index. Very strange.
