App error

Hello,

When I try to execute my app created on Facebook I get this error:
"API Error Code: 100
API Error Description: Invalid parameter
Error Message: redirect_uri URL is not properly formatted"

I always create apps daily in the same way and just today I noticed this error.
Did Facebook change anything?

I make this app almost every day, I checked and I didn't find any error...
