It's the media, I very much doubt it was the only thing. They love blaming everything on one single thing because it panders to how the majority of people see the world.

I really feel sorry for his family, may his soul rest in peace. But i agree with @pressrelease that suicide is not the solution to any problem.

nope, this can't be the reason, he was still working on the app and never said to anyone that it has failed. Personal issues must be there, however, i don't believe the reports of NDTV either.

This probably has more to do with life issues than an app. My condolences to Lucky's loved ones.

Some people don't understand that failure is bound to happen, the people who succeed are the ones that learn from their mistakes and move on without repeating those mistakes. I have failed in my offline business many times and from each failure I learned and learned. Now I'm making more money than ever and I'm only 23. Sure there are times I wanted to give up but I didn't. I kept my head up and kept grinding.

Pretty sure it wasn't just the app, but since it suits the media's narrative to put it that way, im not surprised

I guess he wasn't as lucky as he thought.

Take note, ladies and gentlemen, this is the kind of thing that happens from time to time when you think you can quit your job and make it on your own.

Suicide is the coward's way out. But rest in peace, "Lucky".

Who knows? Maybe he was actually putting a lot of time and effort into that app. It most likely isn't the sole reason for his suicide but it could be a big part of it.

No. I can't let you tell this. Suicide is the sad/hurt people's way out. But not the coward. Of course, he hurts badly his family, his friends, ..., but do you know if he had thought of this? If he had understood it? Could he think the contrary? Suicide is a very complex thing. When people say suicide is only because of one thing, it's stupid. When people say suicide is only for cowards, it's sad.

It does get a little tiring listening to the cult of positivity. "There's always a solution!" sounds great when there's a solution, but it's pure confirmation bias when you've lived in a world of solutions.

I didn't say "there is always a solution". I you understood this, I expressed myself badly.

Suicide is the easy way out, there is always a solution to whatever temporary problem their is.
