"If you use API on IG, you are pretty much banned."

What if you use low limits? Such as 10-20 follows a day, 50-100 likes, 50-100 story likes, and 5-10 comments, etc. via "API"? Would this work or would you still get banned just from API alone?

According to Instagram, to help reduce spam, Instagram does not allow anyone to follow more than 7,500 people.

Regarding hourly limits, for accounts that have only been active for a few months, you can only follow/unfollow about 20 users per hour and up to 100-200 users per day.

For accounts that have been active for many years, the limit increases to approximately 50 follows/unfollows per hour and up to 300-400 users per day.

Why not just use some other form of automation? Even at low limits. IG will be aware that these are coming from a low trust score account. And that might not be good.
