I have an Amazon fba seller mobile app. It will give me info that I can't get on the normal amazon website like number of amazon FBA sellers. Is there a way to run mobile apps on your desktop and scrape info via a mobile interface?
    Appreciate any help with this!

Yup - If you know Java you can probably get a dev to write you something. How tough it is depends on what data you want to scrape. Some of it on iOS, Android etc is secured and though possible would be a hell of a lot harder to get off. But in practice yes, nothing is impossible, just sometimes not worth the cost and effort.

Try charles web proxy. You'll have to install charles' SSL certificate on your mobile device to sniff SSL traffic but it's definitely doable (I've used it to reverse engineer several API's).
