Are you referring to what keywords are they ranking for or traffic type like google, facebook, youtube etc?

For the first part you can do one of two things. You can analyze their anchor text and insert the ones that have the highest % into google and see if that page shows up for the term.
Or secondly you can go to google suggestion tool and there's an option there to see what keywords are relevant to the site. And just like before, in insert those in google search box to see if the page is ranking for it. Then you can approximate the traffic.

As for individual sources of traffic you can try something like alexa but I find that not to be very accurate.

Make some nice videos of the products you sell and post them on video sites. Youtube is one of the best video sites to get traffic from.
