I was wondering if there is a way to possibly fake the referrer or some sort of redirect off of media traffic or zango traffic? Basically I have a sponsor that is paying me .XX per click. However the click has to come from one of my domains that is already in their system and setup. (I have real blogs that are updated manually that they see).

So can I buy traffic for a couple cents etc from say media traffic or zango and automatically forward it onto this sponsor but have it appear to be coming from a certain domain of mine? Since there is real content on the site, I would prefer if only the traffic from Media Traffic / Zango got forwarded automatically if it the index page etc.

why can't you just set up a redirect using a cpa redirector? you could even cloak the code for that using a meta refresh on a page that bounces them to the cpa redirector which then makes it seem like the traffic is coming from your page....
