anyway to do this?

is there anyway to scrape twitter usernames from people that have liked/retweeted a certain tweet? for example lets say 200 people favorite a tweet how could i scrape all of those usernames.

I've never seen a bot that can do this, such as put a tweet link there and it can scrape all of the users who fvrtd and retwd it.
But you can hire a bot coder from "hire a free lancer" section here. It's an easy job or you can create it by yourself via bot creating tool such as uBot or having knowledge of visual basic.

I doubt a premade bot like that exists, but it would be something extremely easy for a coder to create - at least for the retweeting part.

Twitter actually don't allow to see all usernames that actually retweeted/favorited one tweet, you can see only 50-100 usernames (not sure about how many but check it on browser).
Twitter API allows to view details such as number of retweets/favs but I'm not sure if allows to get userid's from selected tweet.
