    There are states that charge extra taxes and that's why Amazon doesn't offer their affiliate program to affiliates from these states.

    Seems like Amazon would find a way to crush it.

    I live in one of the banned states and it does work to have an LLC in another state. You have you address be a mail forwarding service. That way you have a physical address in that state and the service forwards the mail to you.
