Anything Better Than DLGuard?

I see that there are at least several people here who use DLGuard.

Is there anything newer and better?

Limitations I see with DLGuard:

1. No built-in affiliate function

2. No batch import. Big problem if you have 10,000 items or more, as manual entry is no solution. Importing via CSV file would be great.

So, is there a better solution? A better script? A better alternative?

I specifically need the functions of 1 and 2 above. At the least, I must have 2, and I can sacrifice 1.
