anyone used iwriter?

they are holding my $200 for almost 3 weeks now writer declined my articles because they are unfamiliar with the topics i thought great! time to hire another writer on their platform but they refused to refund my funds to available balance instead its showing Pending Approval. their support is not helpful at all is that site legit?

Do you have documentation and screenshots?

If you paid via Paypal, maybe you can open a dispute?

They are doing a lot of changes to their policies at the moment.

Chargeback on your card/open a dispute/call your bank.

3 weeks is bullshit, it's your money, and if the writer needed 3 weeks because they were "unfamiliar" with the topics then they shouldn't be a content writer.

i just got a refund they are not a scam after all but word of advice their writers are kinda slow

I tried this service once but I was not impressed, good thing you got your money back. Sadly, this kind of thing is always a risk when you deal with these platforms or middlemen, they simply do not care about you as a customer or as freelancer (goes both ways), they will hold your money as they see fit. Sometimes it is better to build your team or writers and freelancers on your own to avoid this.

i just got a refund as well. their writer sucks less you pay for top tier then they are slow as shit

How long it takes you to got a refund? ,its not my fault their writers cant write on a simple topic they email saying they will refund me in 24 hours now I got this

Please note iWriter works on a deposit basis. Any available balance may be refunded within 12 months from the date of purchase. After 12 months, any available balance will no longer be refunded but may be used within the iWriter platform.

In the meantime, I can assist you with withdrawing your remaining funds. Prior to this, could you please do the following:

1. Verify your account by sending us the phone number, username and email address listed under your account.

2. Please provide the PayPal transaction ID(s) number that you are requesting a refund for. It can be found in an email receipt from PayPal.

3. Please also note that we will always make the refund to the account that was used to deposit the funds.

So I will get a refund in 12 months sound like a 21st century bullshit to me.

I have never used them. That is ridiculous that it took that long for your money to be returned. And crappy that the writer decided to do that to you.
