    Hi

I'm trying to verify my debit card issued by TD Bank -- being used on an international company. The company makes a small charge in rubels and asks me to verify that charge. But it only shows up in US dollars on my acc history. I contacted support and they say they can't get the original charge (in rubels).

This doesn't make sense to me.. Any other way to get the original charge?

Currency exchange won't work for this because its not precise.

    Thanks

Its because the card is for a usd account, not rubels. When you buy something that is in another currency, its not only converted but there is a 2 to 3 % foreign transaction fee added onto it.

LOL call up your bank. I almost always end up with this problem. Actually your bank knows the correct sum, not the comapny who sent the money to them. If your statement doesn't have the exact usd, then the only way would be to call the bank..
