Hey I got a squidoo page up that I spent a ton of time on and have got it a good amount of ratings/comments etc. I was able to get it to #96 overall, but it's dropping back now and is sitting at about 600 overall. I'm currently testing the squidoo rating system and trying to get a feel for what it takes to get to the top. Is it traffic, ratings, comments, faves, does it factor organic traffic, and does it weigh some more over others.

If you have a squidoo account please rate/fav/comment etc. If you have a squidoo page, post it in here as well and we can all help rate each others pages.

Lol well I took out my affiliate link and then added an image source cookie stuff for my affiliate id. On the first few clickouts I have my own redirect site link. But on the last clickout I tell them they can click here if they would like to not click on my affiliate link, then I cookie stuff them. :rolleyes:

-edit: I lensrolled/faved/commented/ and rated your guyses lenses.

Yeah that's definitely a good tactic for slightly boosting your sales. You earn the trust of the more saavy internet users.

I doubt the more mainstream users have really caught on to the whole affiliate program and linking yet.

Wow got to say this works. I have gained 1000 places with just the three sets of ratings I just got. Isn't there anybody else out there with Squidoo lenses that would appreciate a rating.
