I just got a email from Blamads a couple days ago about this new feature they have where you can use a plugin to create a WPGPT site for free in wordpress, where people fill out CPA offers and in return they get cash or rewards, which I guess is more or less like the points2shop site. This actually sounds pretty awesome but I wanted to know if anyone has really messed with this yet or heard anything about it? My big thing is that I would think this market is REALLY saturated and it would be hard to get traffic to your site, but dont know. I'm registered with Blamads but still have not done anything with them.

This new feature looks quite amazing. I also have some future plans on making a WPGT site but not in the coming months because currently I am into a lot of things.

No. GPTs can't get saturated as per your definition, people want money so they sign up on multiple GPT sites.

My friend tried it. Actually, it is great. But the problem is the offers it self.
You can't choose offers manually and may get expired offers that will annoy your members.

If your friend tried then he should know that you're able to hand-pick the offers. I've set up a test site and I was able to select the offers.

I'm not sure how expired offers are handled but I'm sure they will have something for that.

I bought this script a couple of months ago, and now the idiot is giving it away for free with Blam. How nice.

GPT sites are kind of annoying and stupid. Sometimes the advertiser don't place your pixel or ping your postback. And having someone fill out multiple offers from the same shitty advertiser is pretty pointless. They will scrub your ass and you'll get credited for one conversion.

Yeah, but it's more of a set-and-forget system if you have referrals and stuff in place.

I've created a domain for it and tried it out.
However the fact that you can't add urls yourself is retarded.
Furthermore it doesn't import info such as country and conversion criteria.
You'll have to add it manually through each and every single offer.
Also; you can only add "import" 25 offers at a time and they refresh the list for every import (say you're at page 10 and import a few - you'd have to search all over again to import more).
Also you can't sort the offer by country etc.

I've tried coding a program for automating the process but then again - it seems retarded to have to since I'd be limited by the developers shit.

All in all; fuck this shit - don't bother.

hmm not sure if I will try it, probably will eventually in the next few months because im kinda busy with other projects now. It seems like it could have some potential but I would like to see some real success stories before I invest lots of time.

Trust me; the import function limits it to the extend where it's just plain useless.
