First of all this gig is not mine, I'm not having any gigs on fiver whatsoever.

I see plenty of possitive reviews for the gig, HOWEVER, what matters is the traffic received, if any.

Here are some of the reviews, which are still possitive, yet they make me think twice before ordering:

There are also many reviews "VERY FAST DELIVERY" "nice communication", and so on, but who cares about that...

Also I don't expect anyone to go there bragging how much traffic they got, cuz the guy's pages will be flooded to death afterwards...

    Fiver link: http://fiverr.com/seoking_usa/give-you-super-ideas-for-honeymoon-travel-destinations
(I have no idea why the URL says super ideas for honoeymoon travel destinations... perhaps what hes doing is not allowed?)

It's 5$... buy it and check your stats before&after! Where's the problem? The way you're doing it, everybody thinks it's your gig...

I obviously can't know what you guys think, however, I believe that this seller is having some huge FB pages full of bots/addmefast accounts/other social exchange sites/mass asian or african community, etc. My target audience is US/UK/CA/AU, and I don't think that my link will reach any people in these countries.

Also so far I haven't got any good success with fiverr gigs, thats why I asked.
Also I don't really see any good way to ask for a gig/site review, and not get accused that you are doing a self promotion.

Lets use common sense for a minute. If these 20 MILLION people were responsive AT ALL he would not sell this for $5. Remember he gets $4 after fiverr gets their cut....oh, then PayPal takes a piece.

He could simply blast a CPA offer that pays $10 a conversion....and with JUST ONE conversion make twice as much than posting an offer for someone else.

So, with that said...it is 100% useless bullsh#t.

Yes. Its bot traffic. You have to use common sense sometimes.

OP, maybe I'm being too cynical but I'm pretty sure your traffic isn't going to come from active Fanpages. Like Javado here, they'll show you random proof your message being posted on Twitter and fan pages however I'm almost certain sure your traffic will be botted. Check how many unique IPs you get (to see if he's any good at hiding it), also whether it's drip fed or all twenty million "visitors" suddenly flood in, in the space of a few minutes.

Basically, take this traffic as fake. Use it to dilute conversion rates if they are suspiciously high because you won't get any conversions from this. If it did, he'd use it himself and be a billionaire not sell it on Fiverr.

Edit: Looks like I took too long to reply and your answer already got posted.

20 million, title sounds that the traffic would be botted.
Not sure if it would help for alexa ranking atleast.
