Every website needs a bit of SEO,

I have a new project for property listing Rent Buy House www.RentBuyHouse.com

I find that most people that come to the site are what i can call the consumer clients, people looking to rent or buy properties but for me to make money through listing, i need paid listings.

I want to try out radio advertising in the US,

do you guys think it will be worth the investment.

I will also consider outsourcing the entire operations of this website.

Used to work in radio. Ads can work, but you have to be very careful - the tendancy of "small guys" is to buy a package that sounds great but is on a crappy station that makes its money by brokering airtime. Those stations have no listeners and the packages never work. The more expensive stations are the ones that work, but it's still a crap shoot for non-retail advertisers. Look for reputable stations that have real estate shows on the weekend, as an example - you can buy time on those shows relatively cheaply and they will be targetted customers.
