I've got this on an expired domain. I grabbed a mid-DA expired domain and the wayback looked reasonable. Getting a pretty nasty toxic score on backlinks though - so I thought I would give it a go with a few posts and see what happened before committing to the domain in a big way. All pages have been manually submitted for indexing (and contain unique 1000+ word content written by myself) and I'm getting 4 results on the site: search.
Time to cut my losses I guess.
Same here. Just started moving it to another domain. Let's see what happens.

To all whom have this problem. Did you either...

Not build ANY backlinks whatsoever

OR

Build too many too fast?

After the probationary period (6-8 weeks) it seems a new site lands where is needs to be.

If no backlinks, it might not be deemed important to show all pages since its gained zero popularity.

If too many backlinks - it might be seen as spammed and also deemed not worthy.

Was it ranked before?
It was PBN, so i not pay much attentions on rank, but the target site having a bit volatility. Even it only site 4 list, but some of inner page actually index, but not display if check using "site:root.domain", so I'm confuse if this shadow ban or just merely bug.

It will never recover in 99% of cases.
Only changing domain can help.

But before doing that you need to fix a reasons of penalty:
translated content / affiliate links / banners / popunders.

It also can be for duplicate content, too many posts daily.

Cloning your site will get you this penalty also.
No, if you fix a reason of penalty of original site.
If you do not fix it - penalty on new site will come in weeks / months.

What if no penalty issue? i mean there is no manual action on GSC
Also the articles are good, not kinda plagiarsm or any type of bad articles, cause i outsource the articles

The issue on my site only this 4 results on google, was this good for change domain?

Yes, there should be no manual action in GSC.
Domain change works, but if you do not find and fix a reason of penalty - it will come again.

I am experiencing something strange.

When I do a query search on my website (e.g: site:abc . com), it shows that 4 results only (website's main homepage, about us, and 2 blog links, that's all). But the blog's homepage is NOT indexed.

However, when I try to manually submit to index the other links in GSC they return the message "URL is on Google".
But when I do a query search on that specific links, Google returns nothing "did not match any documents" or no results.

However, when I type cache: link-here.... it IS cached.

I am legitly confused now.
