    Is anyone selling VCCs?
    I need about 500 of them all with small amounts in them
    $0.01-$0.05

    Anyone selling them?
    or does anyone know who is selling them?

    paypal can generate vcc's.

    however, you must live in the the U.S. in order to obtain them through your acc.
