Anyone seen this type of offer?

I am looking for a cpa offer that will work with a content locker that just pops up a box asking for the visitor to enter a zip code. I have seen them on some sites but I dont know which cpa network offers them. I have a map of the US that is the first thing you see when you enter my site and I want a content locking offer that just pops up the box asking for their zip.
