Let's say hundreds or thousands of clients. My portfolio is huge in my industry and I have and over 20 great brandable domains in my niche just sitting there. I want to start going ape shit. I do web design on the side, a super competitive industry but I have a certain niche of clients. I'm aiming for small time guys in this industry. I'll cherry pick anything I see that I should put 100% focus for my own personal biz (not this automated stuff). I'm trying to streamline it from prospect/lead/customer service/design/etc...using trello or asana. I recently got a sick 6 figure in-house job (which sucks) but want to create a truly automated company offering services online without the headaches of dealing with customers. I'm interviewing VA's on upwork/odesk who can handle a team of coders, link builders, writers, etc... online. However when I talk to buddies about this, they all tell me it's a horrible idea to work an in-house salary job while dealing with any client type service on the side. But then again they don't understand I'm trying to get this shit fully automated 100%. I also hired some good call center people on upwork who I skyped with and seem perfect for what I want to do. We all know affiliate marketing, digital goods, dropshipping is where it's at. But that's not my expertise.
