Like Or1oN said, look for something offshore. Also, make sure you read through their Terms of Service agreements.

Talk with companies that offer servers, tell them the truth about what you will do (ie Xrumer) and you may well be suprised with a few companies you find that allow Xrumer and will bin complaints they get.
No legit company allows email spam, but many that know the rules will allow forum spam.
You can get 2-3 such servers for the price others are charging for offshore servers.
Now if you are using Xrumer to promote illegal things then again thats different.

i dont know if i should say this here or not, moderators please move this reply if its not appropriate. But we have our own datacenter space and our own infrastructure, so we rent out servers privately, we dont give a crap on what u do on ur servers as long as its not spam EMAIL or CHILD PORN.

I got a hold of botmaster before I could get a hold of Sharepro I thought it'd be the other way around.. Anyhow, I'm starting to get impatient so if Anyone knows a good dedicated host that I could put Xrumer on it send me a PM please!
they seem pretty cheap but never i see information about bandwith they allow?

Though its not really a choice is it... (hint do the maths on max transfer you could possibly do on 10mbit in a month in perfect (ie impossible) conditions)
VD prices are great, reliability Mmmmm ....
Also note if you take 100mbit and go over the 3TB limit then the price they charge for each extra 1TB can be as much as you paid for the entire month server rental in the first place!

reliability is good, where do u think bhw is hosted? same with ppi
as for overage, they have qos shit in place so if u blow it u dont blow it by much plus theyll contact u if ur doin 'too much' at any given time and give you options, personally iv never paid any overages even with a ddos of over 800mbit aimed at me shrug
theres a good reason we pimp them around here dude, they provide a BRILLIANT service for their price

So how do you maximize bandwidth?
Supposedly they gave me a 100mbit connection from VD, but running Hrefer + 250 threads Xrummer, Im lucky if I get 10-12mbit.
FOr an entire day, the most bandwidth I consumed was 42GB. It'd be lovely to do 100gb x30 = 3Terrabyte cap.

get a better box and crank up the thread count, simple as that, u should be able to surpass 2k links/min posted at vd with a decent box
