Some networks have pay per download offers like smiley central and stuff. This is different from PPI in that the user does not actually have to install it to get paid, correct? Also how strict are networks on "quality" downloads? Do they just care that real people download it? Does the program install automatically when opened, or do they have to go through an install process and click through it? (I am guessing it's auto install because they have the T&C on the download page as opposed to most software that tell you when you are installing) Any help from someone who has promoted these types of offers would be appreciated.
