Up until a couple of weeks ago even basic domains just cause of TF would go for $100+ this week surprisingly cheap and many don't have any bids.

The only domains that are selling are the ones that have edu/gov links and those are going for $500.. just wondering if anyone noticing this? Or is it just me and my searches?

If it is actually plummeting, could it be cause of the new update?

To get ROI when ranking with PBNs (provided you know what you're doing) can take half a year, year or even a few years if the niche is hard. The time it takes to rank for the past year has more than doubled, things changed, a lot of people can't really make this work, no surprise if the PBN prices are actually dropping.

Interesting, I've seen prices going up so maybe they've peaked now ?

Different people have different methods of evaluating domains, what's worth 0$ for me others might bid hundreds, and vice versa, seen it many times.

hmm that is quite surprising, I am seeing a huge increase in domain prices with every domain broker especially those non-dropped ones. Not quite sure about expired ones though.

And I can assure you mate, I haven't seen any drops in the prices whatsoever. Quite the opposite. At least when it comes to domains I am bidding on.

I haven't been on auctions for the past few months, checked on them yesterday and the prices are as high as ever, cut-throat competition going on...

You're going after wrong niches then. ROI with PBNs is still huge, with $1000 you can rank $2000 per month site.

Where have I said that it's not huge ? I've said that it takes many months, which it does. How many people have what it takes to wait it out, without even knowing if they'll rank eventually.

Might just be an after effect of all the shout that PBN is dead. Its good for us anyway. I always bet on expired domain so does not make difference to me :D
