Has anyone noticed a decrease in sales over the last two weeks on CB? I have noticed a drastic decrease in sales but no decrease in traffic. Actually I'm gaining traffic. Yesterday I had over 3k clicks to one product and only one sale, which is unusual because I usually do on average 10 sales a day on that product. I've noticed this horrible trend over the last two weeks. Anyone else and what are you doing about it?

I haven't noticed this in the past weeks. But I did notice it happening before. It was very strange when it did happen. It made me reconsider working with clickbank. But I decided to stick with them.

i have had periods when i suddenly get no sales bt same traffic. thankfully right now is not one of them as my traffic as actually fallen with a slight fall in rankings but still geting the same sales!

BTW, 10 sales a day for only 1 product sounds like you must have been making at least $300 a day for just one product! Hope to get there too someday!

Same here. I didn't make a sale with Clickbank for the last 3 weeks and I'm moving to CPA networks now. I'm sick of constant Analytics delays and having to wait for 6 weeks to cash a check in my country.

Yes, same here, my sales have been dropping for the last 4 weeks, but seriously dropped in the last 2 weeks with roughly the same amount of targetted traffic. I am glad to hear I am not alone on this, I was wondering what has been going on.

If I am lucky today I should hit $700 by the end of today for this week but still a big drop...

Has anybody tried changing all thier hoplinks or making a new account?

I am sure I read somewhere before about someone who made a new CB account and thier sales shot back up...

I've seen sales drop that low in the last month, that in fact i haven't had any.

Going from $200+ a week to zero is really frustrating and a really sad situation.

Same Google rankings, same number of visitors, same clickthrough rates, no sales.

    PUZZLING!!

By the way mighty impressed with them sales figures -s3c-, i'd have a big smile on my face if i saw the 551.43 never mind the 2076.30 LOL

Since I mail different offers every day, it's hard to tell. Yesterday, the product I promoted was shite (but I had a JV with the guy), so it's hard to tell.

Lately, however, I've been doing pretty well.

-sc3- my stats look exactly like that.. what the hell.. it's frustrating me. I put in a support ticket but that rarely does any good with them. Yesterday I made a new hop link for one product but that did really nothing.

This is a good question, and worth addressing. I've wondered if there was any way to render a cookie so that it actually fires and stays on machines that have cookies inherently turned off.

How does the big 3 browsers ie,ff and chrome deal with cookies any one knows?

I also constantly heard that IE crashes at times when someone is on the checkout page.

Maybe its just the seasonal slump.people are out in the sun for summer etc :D

I think the issue is that the latest version of IE comes with cookies automatically disabled.

If the cookies were blocked, would this not affect the stats count on Clickbank??

I'm getting the same clickthroughs i have always had, just absolutely no sales for one month.

That's interesting what you're saying here. It's an issue that can easily be battled. I'm going to check into that. Thanks for pointing that out!

I have been experiencing the exact same problem. I have two websites promoting the same affiliate offer... one is still consistently making sales and the other has just stopped. Both receive the same traffic as always.

One thing I have noticed is that my order form submit count is getting close to about 5x as much as my sales count. That tells me sales are being made and I am just not getting credited. What are the odds that only 1/5 of my customers know how to properly input a credit card number?

Support just says there is no problem, and evidences the fact that my other sites are still making sales... The reason they gave why my sales dropped is because of market fluctuations and the economy... And the reason my order form submit count keeps going up is because sometimes people make mistakes when inputting billing information. This happens periodically.

I have posted on several forums asking about this over the past year but never get a reply... apparently only Clickbank knows where our sales are going.

I've also seen a drop in sales over the past 2 weeks. Something is definitely going on at CB. Too many affiliates experiencing the same drops at the same time for CB to say it due to "market flucutations".
