    I am looking for a DKI wordpress plugin or a way to do that in wordpress pages. I've been doing some Googling but so far all I've found is a bunch of fluf and people selling adwords services...

    Any ideas as to how to do dynamic keyword insertion with PHP? or with a Plugin ideally?

    I don't think AIO SEO Pack does dynamic keyword insertion. By DKI I mean... if someone was searching for "cheap airline tickets" in Google, that particular term would be displayed automatically in my Title tag and in the content within my site based on how many times I call the variable. The same would apply if someone arrived at my site after searching for "cheap hotels" .. etc.

    I know that the keyword would be passed through the referrer URL such as:

    hxxp://www.google.com/search?q=cheap%20airline%20tickets

    The DKI script/plugin would strip the keywords from the referrer and dynamically replace keywords in places where I have set tokens or dynamic instances w the search terms...

    I wish I knew myself. I have seen it done on several sites, so it's definitely out there.

    I know.... A couple of years ago I was part of a private PPC forum where this thing was explained but ever since the people who had a good grasp of PPC became successful and they started doing things by themselves, the forum activity declined and it was eventually closed :( I did take notes but the HD where I had them went bad on me a year after I bought it.... dam those HD failures!

    The thing with DKI is that if you are doing PPC your LP becomes that much relevant and your quality score may be positively affected by it hence lowering how much you pay per click due to how relevant the LP is to the search term... well at least thats the theory...

    That is exactly what I am looking for, I have seen it done with echo for javascript. Do you have any idea where I could read more about how to implement this thing? Cause I am not a PHP wiz :p

    This is how I figure this thing would go in my index.php file:

    PHP:
    $replace "q";

    if (isset(
    $_GET[q])) {

    $replace preg_replace ("/-/"" "$GET['q']);

    }

    $title ucwords (strtolower ($replace));
    $h1 ucfirst (strtolower ($replace));
    I did that but somehow my syntax maybe squished together in a such a way that things are not working as they should...IF memory serves me right I think I also have to do something in the htaccess file but I can't remember what it is... agrr...

    I know Speed PPC does something like this. It will dynamically insert the keyword into your Google ad as well as your landing page.

    But be careful with this method. I've heard from some major PPC players that this method isn't all it's cracked up to be. Supposedly Google doesn't catch the keyword being inserted this way because of something to do with how it's done...it was too techy for me to understand but bottom line, it doesnt have as much of a positive effect on quality score as you might think.

    But i haven't tried it myself...and different people say different things.

    Hope this helps!

    Yeah I won't go nuts with it cause all I want is to insert the search term in the Title and maybe H1 tags to give the page a lil bump of relevance. I've seen pages where dynamic keyword insertion is spammed like crazy which is something I would think google flags rather quickly... but I dunno, I am talking out of my ass here so I could be wrong. I am in the trial and error phase :D
