Anyone knows how " suggested post works " in FB?

If you noticed on your FB, sometimes FB will " suggest " some others individual post , content on your Fb. How it works?

For an example is it like this? Let's say I post a fashion video. Happen got some likes and shares . So it will appear label " suggested post " on those FB users who always see fashion stuffs?
