anyone know where to get a working proxy scanner &harvester?

proxy switcher elite stopped working and i need a software that harvest lists, ,scan them , and then activate the proxy.

I'm actually building my own but I might license the lists once I am able to gather them reliably.

Well... technically it is actually ready, just the lists it's harvesting are total shit. When I can find some better (more reliable, faster, etc) proxy sources then I'll see about licensing lists.
