Anyone Know What This Means?

i saw this on my server 404 log,
anyone know what it means?


http://www.mydomain.net/"+global_article[counter].document_url+"

Well to my knowledge a 404 log is where your server stores logs of people that attempted to access a page that isnt there and it will tell you in that log which page they attempted to access and how many times...


Its like me trying to access blackhatworld.com/sexputternutsexfuckspeanuts.html... when i hit enter on my browse an 404 error shows up then that error also shows up on your log...


If im wrong please someone correct me.!
