Just stumbled across this, wondering what in the hell this is even about. He keeps claiming you only have to post a few high quality links, which is obviously true to a certain extent, but I'm not going to buy his service when he explains nothing about what's actually going on, or what I'm buying.

Wondering if anyone's heard of this?
99% not going to buy this, but just wondering if anyone knows what he's talking about.

Stumbled onto this doing some hunting for freebies (site:backlinksxxx.com), managed to find a link building template that he uses, seems ok.
I believe he owns the blog: viperchill.com which seems fairly good imho.
