Anyone know the process to request taking over a unmoderated subbreddit?

I have a bunch of subreddits that Id love to take over and grow.

How to take over an inactive Subreddit?

If you've found an abandoned community you'd like to take over or if you'd like to
remove an inactive or top moderator who's above you from a community you moderate,
you can submit a request through r/redditrequest. r/redditrequest is for:
Requesting ownership of abandoned, inactive communities with inactive moderators.

in my opinion it is a bit complicated, check the subreddit r/redditrequest and on the right are the requirements to ask for a subreddit
