Anyone know of a good program that makes mass tiny changes in images?

So even if you change the image slightly google will see that there is another one out there and will probably pick the older so you don't get dupe pics in your search.

You could also add 1 black dot (pixel) in paint on a random place of the photo.
This will change the photo to a unique photo. But I don't know if this is enough for what you're doing.
