Bravenet recently changed their code to only allow one site per user. I thought they were doing it with cookies, but even after wiping all cookies I am still taken to a screen where I have to purchase an account."

Therefore, I assume they are doing it with IP addresses.

I've tried a few free proxies but none of them work. It won't let me click the button that is required to create a blog. I click it, and nothing happens. I turned off script-blocking and all that other stuff, but it still doesn't work. So I don't even know if the proxies will work for me intended purposes because I cannot get far enough in the creation process to see.

Any tips or advice is appreciated!

If you turned off script-blocking make sure you have JavaScript (Firefox) or scripting (I.E.) enabled (checked).
