anyone know how to setup your computer for general lee

i have windows vista and im having trobule with general lee i was wondering if there was a certain way to set up my computer

i put my proxies in put all the text im supose to i set my threads to ten and when the threads upload on the right screen that say unexpected error and on another page they say tunnel connection failed i tried numerous proxies from other people im still haveing trobule
