Anyone know how to schedule a mouse click on desktop?

    Trying to work out how to schedule a click on my desktop pc


    Basically i want my mouse to click start on a program during the early hours when im sleeping. It wont need to open the program, it will be open ready.

    Any idea?

    In AutoIT you can code this very easy, and it's also very very easy to learn ;)

    You can also use Window's built-in task scheduler if that works for you.

    I personally use that to shut down my laptop after it's done downloading, but I just checked now and you can run programs and scripts at a set time, or with a trigger:

    It's been a while since I've used windows, but you used to be able to schedule tasks without any addon software....the link on your desktop is just a shortcut, you can have it opened, same as clicked.....too bad I don't have Windows here to test ;)
