If you have linux hosting, i would suggest installing xen and installing windows yourself. That way its virtualized which has a myriad of benifits including not caring about viruses and collapsing the virtual machine when your done so no record of said activities is left.

If your hosting ona windows server, simple remote desktop or VNC should do the trick.

if you are running host with linux (no gui mode), then you need to use vmware server (free) or virtualbox, also free.

    Easiest is to use either

vmware SERVER (free) and you can access via web-browser-plugin

or virtual box, then you need additionally to install vncserver and can access your virtual box with vncviewer

xen tends to be complicated, would not go that way

you need btw a dedicated server; possibly it runs also on a vps, but this is unsure and depends on the config of your vps
