I am running the CPA Lead Gateway on my website but I want to somewhat randomize when it pops up. I want it to pop-up on every THIRD visitor, not every SINGLE visitor that comes. So something to add to the script----

    it would be like this-

    1st visitor>> pops up
    2nd visitor>> pops up
    3rd visitor>> doesn't popup

    repeat.

    Thanks guys

Hey Virtua - sorry, don't have the answer to this, but I am interested to know why you are doing this? Can you elaborate on the thinking behind this? What kind of site are you running?

    Cheers, Ness

Well I run a pic/video-type blog and I figure I can generate new readers by not having it pop up every time (so the 3rd visitor would get to look at the blog) and when they come back, they would want to see it again so they would fill out the surveys.

I'd recommend that you show it to every visitor BUT show the gateway AFTER x number of pageviews. So they get a taste of your site and then the gateway pops up so they're gonna fill in the survey if they really are interested in checking out the rest of your site.

Didn't even think about that, great idea. Or show it after a certain number of seconds (like 30 seconds). But I'm afraid they'll leave right after that...
