anyone know how to effectively manage your virtual writers? I am looking a software, preferable FREE. at the moment, I am currently using gmail to managed them manually. typical process would be: 1. They send in their resume to get the job. 2. I tell them what to write. 3. they submit the work via attachment. 4. I download it and save it in the file. 5. and pay them via bank in / paypal. Now the problem is: when most of my writer submit 1-2 article and they are done. thus is very hard to keep track of them what they write. the process is very tedious when you are talking to a lot of them. everyday and giving out the article ideas to them sometimes, those topic that i asked them to write i lost track of who is who writing and sometimes writing the same topic by 2 person. Could someone help me who have experience in dealing with this issue. Thank you very much sir and madam.
