Anyone know how to create an RSS feed to Webs.com sites?

I tried to add my new websites from Webs.com but feedburner but I get this error message everytime. Anyone know how to setup an Rss feed for these type sites?

The URL does not appear to reference a valid XML file. We encountered the following problem: Error on line 11: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.
