Anyone know anything about L3ad3v0lu*tion

I'm not sure if this is black hat or not, but sure seems to be a strong piece of software and for around 3k it should be. Would like to know if there is anything else out there like this. I searched the site to make sure that the sellers were not part of BHW...if I am wrong, please accept my apologies.
