I am using a dynamic IP at the moment on a multiple keyword extension cables and running the broadband dongle cable pretty much anywhere I can such as the garden etc to get new IP addresses but its becoming a pain in the ass and I only really get around 20 / 30 different IP addresses I get hundreds of the second set and third set of numbers but the first set which I think it known as the a class? That is not changing as much as what I hoped and the website I target only really works with a brand new set of first numbers.

So I want to get a VPN but just to test it yesterday I downloaded the free version of hotspotshield just to check it worked but the website I am targeting still know its me which is quite strange because when I google my IP, It comes up with a completely different IP and says no proxy detected, I am using the windows tool disk clean up to delete history and then I use ccleaner to be sure everything is gone.

I was looking at hidemyass pro but do you think its worth bothering with if the free version of hotspotshield is still detecting that its me or using a pro version would that be any different? With my broadband dongle it works every time.

Just try HMA. If you don't like it, they offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

Every time you turn the dongle on/off you will get a new IP yes because the connection is dynamic, the website your trying to use might still know its you because you haven't cleared the cookies. I would use firefox and set it to clear all cookies when you close the browser. Every time you reopen firefox it will be clean.
