Anyone into live streaming services or android box selling ?

There a trend right now and ive seen people on ebay sell hundreds of these devices. Theres something new popping up and people are now offering live streams and in quite good quality that stream trough their internet connection. Ive managed to get my hand on a few what do you guys suggest is the best way to market something like this not too openly online ?

I have no idea of what this is. Maybe elaborate your post so that peopel who have no idea may give you answers too.

Online TV streaming on android boxes and other devices. Live channels sports HD moveis documentaries etc...
