Any BHW members into Real Estate Investing?

If so, I need some advice on how to best sale off a online investing course I purchased back in November of 08' that I can't continue with because of low 'streams of income' at the moment.

Would it make sense to sell it on ebay or craigslist? I originally paid $997 for the online course and am thinking 50% off would be a good price point to sell it at.

Ideas/suggestions welcomed, as I need some cash to get my ass back to Cali...

    Hi

    Which course is it?

    I have many myself.

eBay works quite well most of the time.

    RadioMan:

The course is by "Cris Chico" and is called "Virtual Wholesaling"...

The sales page is located at:

    double u - double u - double u <dot> virtualwholesaling <dot> com <slash>main<dot>html

I originally purchased it back in Nov' 08' for $997 - looking to sell off my 'membership' for 1/2 price...

One could easily d/l and upload all videos and share it amongst others here in the BHW community! :)

    Thanks,

    H2oBoy
PS: Thanks for the reference to eBay..I'm now checking out how that's going to work.

No offense, but that goes to show how little you know about Real Estate Investing!

Visit any well respected REI forum, (Google "Flipping Homes") and you'll see that even in today's current economy, there's still homes to be purchased and sold and money to be made.

The system that I bought into covers a few 'niche markets' of perspective sellers...(not foreclosures or short-sales) all of which would be 'desperate sellers', which is the opposite of the 'desperate buyers' the AFF Marketers go after :)

Just like in any 'niche market', your success comes from knowing how to use a system to your advantage, why still allowing for a 'win-win' situation to occur for everyone.

The only reason why I'm not pursuing this now is because I got hit with an IRS audit and the couple of grand I had saved went to cover that unforseen expense, thus I don't have the immediate means to even cover a small marketing campaign.
