Anyone here owns a blog that has been making consistent income for last 10 years

I was seeing interview of a blogger of a popular blog and he mentioned his blog there. He also explained that his blog has been making good income for last years. Is this actually possible? Because there will be hundreds of google updates in between. Is it possible to survive so many updates for a blog? Anyone has experience of doing this? Also, will the worth of that blog be more than 30x as it has very good track record?
