    Hey,

I have a method through which I can generate leads of those "dentists, surgeons, restaurants, doctors, etc" who don't have websites.

I can cold call to them and convert them.

But I don't know web designing.

What do you guys recommend ? Should I outsource every project to elance? or should I hire someone?

    Please Suggestions.

Just get one theme made and sell it to all you're clients. Change the logo, text etc.. you get the idea.

Yeah, but I wont be able to give choices to people.

I mean dentists websites would of course not be identical to restaurants or surgeons.

    No ?

If you are sure that you will have a constant stream of customers, hire someone to constantly outsource all the work to. That way they know what you want and what they have to do and you just forward them the details of each of your clients needs.

I outsource all of my front and backend work. Over time I have learned something very important. When it comes to outsourcing design and backend work; you get what you pay for. I used to outsource on ScriptLance, but a lot of them barely speak English and the work is far from quality. I then started going to craigslist and would post ads in big cities and get tons of emails. I would make each person send me their price per hour and their portfolio. I would look over their work and would find the person who I thought had the best design work for a reasonable price per hour. After doing several websites with the two guys I'm working with now, I realized they produce better sites, both design and functionality and they completed the work in half the time. So, I got a much better final product, for basically the same price as I would pay a FreeLancer.

Don't think that because someone charges only $10 an hour that they will create a similar design and complete it in the same time frame as someone charging $20-50 an hour would, because that's rarely the case.

Look for some free themes in the themes section and edit the headers, logo's and text! Also there are a lot of theme for offliners so you are in luck :)

What CazuaL is suggesting is that you have one website made for each type of business. First take a business such as Dental, have this website made then advertise to ONLY dental businesses. Every conversion you get just change the content of the website. If you want to all three dentists, restaurants, and surgeons you need to have 3 websites made, one for each business type. Then like the dental just change names and content. This kills the need to have every website made. This cuts your costs tremendously as well as cuts time. This works I used to do it, too many other projects take up my time now, but you can make some pretty good money if you can get the clients.

I have had many thoughts of running the same type of business but I just have no time during the day because of my full-time job. My plan was to outsource everything and just be the middle man, tweaking a few things here and there. One thing I was convinced of was that outsourcing would be convenient but overall lacking in quality if I used sites like elance. As previously mentioned, craigslist was going to be where I held my auditions for designers. I think it is your best option because not only can you get people to send you samples of their work, you can also post ads throughout the world or browse services that designers have already posted.

Another option would be to learn wordpress, it is actually very easy(in my opinion) and there are a lot of resources and tutorials out there for you to learn from. The only problem with that is if you're doing all the design work you might night have enough time/energy to do your cold calling(which I'm sure you've already considered).

    Good luck.

The one-design-fits-all works great until one of your customers notices his competitor (that happens to be a client of yours as well) has a website that looks 90% like his.

Go to the hire a freelancer section there are tons of designers and developers eager for work. I posted a thread and got 10 great designers replying that day.
