Ok, I need a way to sort data from a table.

There's (x) amount of rows and (20) columns. They're all one or two digit numbers.

    How can I

    1) Sort all of the numbers
    2) See the percent of all the numbers and how many times they're displayed?

For example: If 77 is displayed 5 out of 100 times in the selected data, I want to be able to group all the 77s together and know the percent of how many times it came up (which is 5% in this example).

What do you mean to sort all numbers ?

well you could do find all and calc the total found from all the numbers manually. There are most likely a function for that you could make macro from.

    Here's an example:
I want to be able to sort all of these like the 1s with the 1s, the 5s with the 5s and so forth.
Then, I want to be able to find out how many times each number is present like if 52 is present 27 times and what percent that is.

Add an extra line before the first column and add a title. Highlight that line, click on data, then filter. You can then click the drop-down box and choose whichever number you want, this will then show you how many times that number appears in the spreadsheet. There's probably an easier or better way of doing this.

In regards to the sorting just click Data, then sort.

You can paste all the columns one below the other and can then sort the data. To find out the percentage and number of times - you can do a pivot table on that column. It is available in the insert tab. Just select the whole sheet and then go to Insert > Pivot Table and then just choose the values in the row and column as you want it.

I'm probably going to utilize the App I have on my phone. I have to enter them all manually but it'll give me a percent and a number amount of how many times every number has come up total.

Been at this for a while scouring the internet for solutions. I've seen some people recommend plugins in Notepad++ and the only thing I can think of at the moment is to manually enter them and let the App sort them out.

You can use the countif function to see how many times a certain number comes up.
