Anyone heard of guaranteedremovals

Apparently they are a company that as their name says guarantees the removed of negative content. I saw their contract and they don't get paid unless they actually get the link removed. Once the content is removed you pay them. Seems like a silly business model if it doesn't work. Anyone have any experience with them or this in general?

Remove links? Doesnt google have the disavow file thing? Used to counter negative seo from competitors. I see this offered by freelancers on eBay.
