No ads, 10 gigs space and 100gb bandwith? Not probable. To cover the cost of disk space for even a tiny amount of users (1000) they would need 5tb of storage. Not cheap after flooding in Thailand. The bandwith is even more costly. That's 100tb. The largest and cheapest bandwith hosting I know of is OVH and they're throttled after 20tb. To get 100tb they'd be spending $2k/month on that. Possibly more depending on which backbone.
